What this site is

The Peptide Dosing Guide is a reference library covering 121 peptide dosing protocols — 105 single peptides, 11 blends and 5 stacks. Each entry is laid out the same way so protocols can be compared directly: reconstitution volume, resulting concentration, dose range, titration schedule, storage and the units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe.

How the numbers are derived

Concentration is always vial strength divided by the volume of bacteriostatic water added. Draw volume is target dose divided by concentration. On a U-100 syringe, 1 unit equals 0.01 mL, so multiplying the draw volume by 100 gives the units. Water volumes are chosen so typical doses land in the 10–50 unit band, where insulin syringes are most accurate.

Sources

Dosing ranges reflect figures commonly reported in published peptide research, manufacturer documentation and clinical trial summaries for the relevant compounds. Where sources disagree, the range shown is the broader one. All explanatory writing on this site is original.

Limitations

  • Most of these compounds are not approved for human use and are sold for laboratory research only.
  • Ranges are population-level references, not individual prescriptions. Body weight, sex, age and stacking all change the picture.
  • Peptide purity and actual vial content vary between suppliers; the reconstitution maths assumes the labelled strength is accurate.
  • Nothing here has been reviewed by a regulator or licensing body.
